Item: McGEE CASE ISN’T OVER: Retired NSW judge to head royal commission :04may05
From: Anthony Holmes, Kilburn
Never before do I remember a premier who doesn’t mind flexing his political muscle when it comes to these matters. Thank you to Mr Mike Rann for caring for the people and not just the rich ones. You have won my vote and respect.

From: Zaid Mohsen, Hornsby Heights, NSW
I am very please to see that something substabtial is being done to investigate this shocking court outcome.

Item: DPP will not appeal McGee sentence :06may05
From: Stewart West, Adelaide
Different international legal systems aside, on the face of it all, it is incredible how someone can be facing a possible life sentence in prison for allegedly carrying some potent herbs, yet a lawyer can run over and kill a cyclist, but is free to frequent any pub or saunter to any place he wishes or desires. It’s a crazy world out there.
