You guys no nothing about this case and about the fact that the driver did try to say sorry and wanted to meet with the Forths. Look at the name they choose for their son’s memorial: mokahousekills.com.

Why the hell did they not devlop a nice memorial site about their son rather than accuse a company of murder.

Hi – thanks to all, and yes Sharron it is us – Duane has a few sites and if you google his name “Duane Forth” you should find his Komux Composite / Trailhead light sites – he has email links there – we would be interested in knowing the market – we have so many good memories of the lake – Kyle loved it – he sang and canoed at the same time and many could hear him – it was great as I could know he was o.k – out paddling around- somedays we just want to pick up and move to the lake – peacefulness – something I long for these days.

Hello: I am trying to locate Duane and Ann Forth who own land at Maple Hills, Nova Scotia. If this is the same people, first I must say how shocked and sorry I am to hear of their tragedy. I lost my niece 3 years ago due to “a moment of inattention” by another driver, so I have at least some understanding of the unending and unspeakable sadness they must feel. I send my sincere condolences and my wish for them to find peace.
If this is the people who bought land here a few years ago, they might be interested in contacting me. We live at Maple Hills andI am presently selling lots like theirs. The value of lots like theirs has at least doubled. I know this sounds crass in view of how I have approached them, but I have been unable to reach them any other way. If interested, please have them email me and we will talk. I am not a real estate agent.

Sincere condolences for your loss, a loss compounded by frustration from the driver’s failure to simply say “I am so sorry this happened”.

Years ago my dopey cousin crossed the street from the back of a bus she just got off, and was hit (of course) by the poor motorist who could not have seen her at all. The poor man visited her in hospital constantly while she recovered.
Such a pity for you that your driver cannot understand the difference his regret could make.

To the people to put this site up I say, thank you! I have been riding since 1973. I have been sadly watching driver attitudes steadily get worse. Today everything is about me! me! I have also watched the deterioration in the general level of driver skills. I want to ride on the road and not have to be battling bizarre behaviour from a minority of selfish drivers who make it difficult for everyone. Thank you for the links on Australian road rules, I’ve been looking for a centralised page like that for years.

Afterall here in South Australia we have been witness to the equally sheer callousness of one EUGENE MCGEE.
