The guy I was riding with was hit first as he was about 300m behind me, not having enough fun they came after me, end result, 12 days in hospital, skin grafts. The police had them within 15 min as I,m savvy enough to keep my phone in my bum bag when I,m riding. They pleaded guilty (p platers, dui)but only got a rap over the knuckles, my mate and I could have been killed. My solicitor said it has to go through under the motor accidents act which limits my opportunities for vengeance. Does anyone know what the legal slant on this given that it was such blatent and premeditated act (times 2 dont forget) Oh yeah, now nrma are giving me the the runaround!!
