Unfortunately, the Eugene McGee case is not an isolated one. The untouchable lawyers club exists in every state of Australia. Lawyers crime is rife in Australia. The judiciary has successfully in the pass closed down every website warning others of lawyer corruption. Our governments are heavy handed with lawyers. Lawyers have a total monopoly of our judicial system. Lawyers self regulate the industry – all legal commissioners office are run by lawyers. 99% of complaints against lawyers are dismissed. Only if lawyers screw other lawyers or banks are they every charged with a crime. I feel so sorry for this poor family as their lives have been turned upside down through no fault of theirs.

Agreed. Real men stand up for their crimes and take the penalties. Others hide behind lawyers, the legal system and their aunties skirts.

where are rann and foley and anybody else in power who are very silent on this miscarriage of justice,i wonder if it was their kids if they would jump up and down

unfortunately the first casualty of the legal system is truth. the “winners” in a legal issue are those who tell the biggest lies and have the biggest wallets. Obviously McGee knew the law and knew the best way to respond for himself in the matter to avoid any charges. I too hate the system for this case and for my own issue, on the other side of the fence though. McGee and the person I was involved with and caused me to suffer in jail pay a price, these people are morally and ethically bankrupt, their lives are hollow shells.

This disgusting outcome of the McGee crime deserves the public to revolt. It is pure criminality and all the crooks involved in the cover up need sacking then put on trial via a Federal Government Royal Commission. I hate this crooked system as per this case.
